- Acutus offers to assist you in the listing of your company on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) and assist in initial public offerings.
- We execute the necessary documents and meet with SEM officials, if need be, in order to guarantee the success of the application.
We also provide the supporting services of a listed company, namely, the preparation of quarterly financials for submission to SEM in a timely manner.
